Well, I did say we'd start 2-5 but I never said I was afraid of Mac Jones. We already had this conversation. Try to keep up.

I'm just telling you how you come off.

You may not think you're afraid, but the way you talk about almost everything comes off as being nearly terrified.

You think we're going to start 2-5 and you say you're not afraid? Maybe namby-pamby is a better term. You're namby-pamby.

I’m not afraid. I’m realistic. Yes, I’ve been wrong, but people like you forget about all the time s I was right. This tea, is good, but it’s not as good as a lot of you homers think they are. We will continue to hit a wall against elite teams. I’ll stop believing that if any only if we prove differently.

So they play five elite teams in the first seven games? LOL.

Meh. The first game is on the road, on the opposite coast, against the defending SB champs. It's the least winnable game of the schedule. I suspect they'll start slow and lose some games that are winnable on paper, just like last year. I'll believe they're better than that if and only if they prove it.

Oh well. Anyone who doesn't see the difficulty in that opener is fooling themselves.

I'd hope Mac took a step forward, rookies are supposed to do that after their first season.

If they don't, they're not long for the league.

I see him as Taylor Heinicke or Gardner Minshew.

Realistic? Starting 2-5 is realistic? What do you want to bet that we'll be better than that?

I look at it at the least as difficult for the Rams if not more.

    Yes it's realistic

Week 1: 9/8 at. Rams (Thursday), 8:20 p.m., NBC - West coast road trip against the defending SB champs, they're raising the banner, crowd will be amped, not gonna happen.
Week 2: 9/11 vs. Titans (Monday), 7:15 p.m., ESPN - it's completely naive to think we can beat this team until we actually do it. They have our number
    Week 3: 9/25, at Dolphins, 1 p.m., CBS- W
Week 4: 10/2, at Ravens, 1 p.m., CBS - I'll be there so we'll lose. It doesn't matter if we're playing the worst team in the league. If I'm there, we lose.
    Week 5: 10/9 vs. Steelers, 1 p.m., CBS- W
Week 6: 10/16 at Chiefs, 4:25 p.m., CBS- We've done extremely poorly against this team. We did get them the one time, then we choked when it mattered most. Once again, there's no reason to think we can beat them until we prove it.
    Week 7: BYE
Week 8: 10/30 vs. Packers, 8:20 p.m., NBC- Yeah, right.

    No, it’s not.

Both are silly premises with no basis in reality. Except my statement about Josh Allen was meant to be silly.

Sorry, but saying that Mac Jones is a “garbage QB” is silly and opposite of the evidence already....saying so in the context of one of the strangest games we’ve seen for a long time, that "Mac Jones has never beat the Bills when throwing 4 or more passes.” is just empty silly trolling.

The game plan of the Pats in respect to the conditions of that day, was not only smart, but effective.

If the Bills had a dynamic RB (like Najee Harris who many thought the Bills should have drafted in 2021) the game would have probably turned out differently.

As it is, having a stud, elite QB like Josh Allen was not enough to overcome the weather
    conditions.

But you ARE afraid of Bill Belichick. And you have been for years. Do I have to bring up the scaredy-cat predictions of how the Bills could not beat the Pats?!?!?

He got 10 wins out of a rookie QB. And our record against him is absolutely atrocious. And before you say "that's the past, it doesn't matter anymore," McDermott is 4-7 against BB and it took 7 tries before he finally beat him. Granted, that's better than any other Bills coach has done against him, but it's still bad.
