Same thoughts and prayers.
Thank God.

Hey - It's free to have your opinion and speak to it as well, with no ill intention.
I still stand by my statement, more specifically a Hemorrhagic Stroke. Basically a clog in vein that typically forms in the leg if you don't move around for a long time. The danger is when the clog moves north to lung ... all the way to brain. I've seen it too many times even as recent as a month ago.
Funny that you have, because that never happens. There are 2 types of strokes: hemorrhage and then from clots. The clot strokes are classified as either thrombotic or embolic. So you sound stupid, so stfu.
Hemorrhage stroke happen less than 20% of strokes. Most typically from a local anyeurism or other mass lesion is the area of the bleed. An embolism is a clot that moved, as in a DVT that might start in the leg, then a piece breaks out and moves to the lungs. But it stops there. It never progresses, ever, outside the lung tissue where the it is trapped by the capillaries there. The only embolism that reaches the brain originates in the heart or the vessels leading from the heart to the brain (you call them carotid arteries). And 80+% of those arise from the left atrium, many associated with arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation. So this is what I do for a living for 20+ years. If you need more of an education, just let me know, because not only do I know it, I teach it to others.
Let the woman have her peace for God's sake.
And just to be complete, a thrombotic stroke is when a clot forms or originates within the brain. That typically is the result of some coagulopathy.
And once again, you have no earthly idea what happened to her. Give the family some privacy. It's none of your business.

The Bills say co-owner Kim Pegula is making progress as she continues to recover from an unspecified health issue.
“Kim is progressing well and is resting and rehabilitating from a health issue,” the Bills said in a statement. “We are grateful for the medical professionals providing her care and to everyone for their prayers and well wishes. We ask that you please continue to respect our need for privacy during this time.”

“She’s doing a lot better now. That’s why I'm here. If she wasn’t doing well, I probably wouldn't have come. I flew out Wednesday last week, and within that time she was in a really good condition, where I felt like everything was fine, and I felt like my family had everything under control. She’s progressing and she’s been doing rehab,” said [Jessica] Pegula, who faces Harriet Dart of Britain next. “I felt comfortable coming here. But that’s why I didn’t play any warmup tournaments.”

Sounds like a stroke or maybe a nervous breakdown? No matter, thoughts and prayers that she makes a recovery. She seems like a good woman.
