    Wheels came off last night. That was ugly. I didn't see the whole game- just the highlights- but it looked like the D was just bad. Way too many odd man rushes, way too many failed clearing attempts.

    Still, taking 3 of 4 on a West Coast road trip is good.

    I watched pretty-much all of it. Was dead at work the next day for staying up so late. That was just ugly. And Mittlestadt's laziness getting out of the zone took a goal off the board at a point when they could have started a turn-around. Stupid. The Kraken always beat the Sabres. Why is that? Anyway, YardRat is right. On to the next one. My take on this game is this: The Sabres REALLY miss Jokiharju & Samuelsson.

    This coming week ought to give us a pretty good idea of exactly what type of team this is. 4 Eastern Conference games coming. 2 home, 2 away.

    M - vs Detroit
    W - vs Pittsburgh
    F - vs Carolina
    S - Tampa Bay

    They are playing very well when Craig Anderson is in net.
