So many reasons

Defensemen pinch to keep puck in and the forwards fail to rotate back
Not clearing out players in front of our goalie
Losing pucks in our own corner constantly
Faceoff % doesn't look good. I don't have the actual stats
Goaltending isn't getting much help.
Opponents standing 5 feet in front of our net all alone

2 on 1 breaks by our opponents is a constant. I never remember seeing so many. Our forwards get caught floating or in too deep all the time.

The scheming on D is currently bad.

They were using Skinner as their face-off guy vs Canucks. Was watching Canuck broadcast and they posted that Skinner was 50+% @ face-offs, but it looked like he was losing most of the face-offs in that game.

It looked like Anderson was frustrated at the play in front of him at times.

The old Sabres are back. 7th loss in a row.

6 shots on net on 8 power play attempts. No one in front of the net ever. Pass back and forth around the perimeter box and never shooting. Lost to the worse team in the division, Ottawa, 4-1.

Some guys have to get sent down. Krebs is useless. Bryson overmatched. His speed is not enough. Pilut has to go down.

Marty Biron nails it. Sabres getting no secondary scoring.

I think this describes it well.....

During this losing streak, the Sabres have done the exact opposite. They seem to always pass the puck when they should shoot, and shoot the puck when they should pass.

Meh. The Sabres are still trying to cheap out at the goaltender position. Let's just face it. No one on their roster is NHL ready.

While the Sabres are off licking their wounds, our old coach, Lindy Ruff, is using his system and a better group of young talent to revive his career...


Why the New Jersey Devils are dominating the NHL

While the Sabres have lost 7 straight, the Devils have won 11 in a row. Better coaching, better skaters, better goaltending. Buffalo looks bad again.

And we're not getting Connor Bedard. So end the fantasy RIGHT NOW.

To start with, we've got 5 or so months left to go in the season. These yips are NOT going to last. That's simply not how it works. Recall, please, that Pittsburgh went through a 7 game winless skid...yet you never heard PensFan twisting their colons inside out over it.

1. They claimed F Tyson Jost off waivers from Minnesota.

2. F Anders Bjork was assigned to Rochester.
