    Weather vs home field advantage

So we all are wanting home field advantage in the playoffs, i looked at the weather report after the bills vs chiefs game and it was snowing. It was under 20 degrees the actual day of the game and windy in buffalo. KC snows sometimes but is generally decent weather in january

Do we really want a chance of a home game blizzard vs KC? Especially with our lack of running game? Our fans travel well, so even last yr vs KC, it wasnt horrible. We didnt have a lot of false start penalties and it was a very clean game

I understand the desperation to play KC in our stadium, but our weather gets so bad in january/february. I would honestly rather decent weather vs being at home

    Thoughts?

I want the 1 seed because it's 1 less game you need to win to get there.

We're Buffalo. We play 8-9 games a year in Buffalo, plus we have to go on the road against NE and NJ-B every year. So, that's at least 10-11 games a year with a potential for bad weather, and realistically it's significantly more than that.

If we can't win a bad weather game, then we don't deserve it.

The wind yesterday looked pretty bad. It didn't seem to effect the offense or the kicking game of the Bills at all. It did effect Pittsburgh's kicking game for sure. The weather was also pretty bad last week in Baltimore.

I used to be concerned about windy/wet conditions with this offense. I am not now. The biggest difference is that they don't seem afraid to throw in the wind like they have been in the past.

When I read the first post, this is what I thought. Give me home field throughout the playoffs. Yes the Mafia and western NY deserve it.

I was at the Baltimore game. It was wet the whole game but it wasn’t really wet and windy til the 3rd quarter. We got drenched but the team handled it fine.

McDermott has never won a road playoff game.
