Only giving up a 3rd for Ryan may be the only thing that saves Reichs job. His last two QB choices have been ugly. Ryan is washed up.

Has to be fatal to Reich and the GM that they spent the past 4 years not getting and developing a QB from the draft with a playoff prepped team waiting to take a step. Grab a guy, grab a guy, grab a guy ! It's probably the GM, but Reich has to stand up and say something at some point, and if he doesn't, or didn't, they're both out of work because 4 years is enough to figure out what you're doing and it shouldn't be groping the bargain bin for a QB someone else doesn't want anymore.
