    So, does he come to his senses, take the money he already got from the NFL and move on to the rest of his life, or does he keep banging his head against the wall & signs with the XFL or USFL and keeps trying to make it as a pro QB?

      He came from $$ and banked 18.9 Mil pretending to be a pro QB.

      He is a shining example of not reading draft hype and accepting it as Gospel. I never went to another stadium draft party after the booing I heard when we drafted Allen. Several chanting "Wrong Josh !" .

      What we "know" regarding prospects isn't much..

        Can agree to some extent, but you can't draft a guy with legs of lead without a line in front of him and expect anything good to come of it in the NFL. I mean we knew that about the prospect, and I don't work for a pro team or organization. You need the right guy in the right place at the right time with the right support. Credit to McBeane. Not sure how much I blame Rosen for his career.

            Last year, when Rosen was with Atlanta there was a story written of how he was being mentored by Rich Gannon where he admitted he didn't take things seriously earlier in his career. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...or-rich-gannon

            That Rosen is figuring this out now is also an admission of what he failed to do early in his career. Since he has been in Atlanta, he has said there are things he wishes he had done differently in his earlier stops. Some of that went into how he did -- and didn't -- prepare.

            "I wasn't studying our game plan enough," Rosen said. "And here I've been doing that a bunch more and it just allows you to play really quick and operate and know your progression in your sleep. Like dream about those pass pictures.
