You want to bet, after 42 years as a controller I could tell you stories about pilots and flight attendants you would never believe. For that matter stories about controllers too.

It's kind of weird, he knows flights, that the plane didn't even take off before he had a blanket over his head sleeping without his seatbelt and wasn't responsive. We've all been on plane flights, you sort of don't do anything until the plane takes off and your stuff is in order, like a seatbelt.

*Actually More issues in recent years with passengers but I would say it’s close, but more pilot and flight attendants stories than passengers.
