They had Boomer Esiason for like 3 years in the mid-90's. But him and Pennington are probably the two most stable QB's they've had in the last 30+ years, which isn't saying much.

The Jets just didn't have the patience to wait 10 years for Geno to develop. If they had, none of these other mistakes would have happened.

Hackenberg was the worst, a 2nd round pick that they were too afraid to put in any games in his 2 seasons with the Jets.
