JFK I was in 7th grade at West Seneca Junior High School.

I was in history or was it called social studies ...... I remember the terrible shock.

Every year after 60, the little degradations start to be noticeable. Little by little. Like a frog sitting in water while it slowly heats up, you really don’t know the totality until it’s too late.

The effects of age is unstoppable. You’ll see.

Oh I know. Hair thinning. More wrinkles, weird “wisdom” skin blotches, wrinkles getting wrinkles, slight aches until you get going.

but it’s just the body. The consciousness that looks at the mirror is these same that looked at 47 and 26 and 18 etc.

You're fortunate you lasted to 60. I got through 54 ok, but by 56 I started with all that. I am one year younger than sukie. He and I went to same high school. Worked together. I owe my all my imbibing of vodka and lemonade to him. Melon Coladas also.
