I feel like night home games are ****ty for the fans who actually go. The Bills are a regional team and they draw from Rochester, Syracuse, Southern Ontario, etc, so a lot of fans have a couple of hours of driving after the game, especially with game traffic. That means they're getting home at 2 or 3 am when they have work or school the next day.

The Bills also became the first team in NFL history to beat four former Super Bowl-winning head coaches on the road in a single season (via OptaStats). Not only did they beat a six-time Super Bowl winner in Bill Belichick on Thursday, but they've also beaten the Rams (Sean McVay), the Ravens (John Harbaugh) and the Chiefs (Andy Reid) this season.

But they suck and are not contenders.

Personally I'm not sure why it's TNF and not FNF. I much rather watch a game on Friday night.

There was something about people not watching TV on Friday nights which is why Thursday was picked.

1. Friday is traditionally HS football night. Just like Saturday is reserved for College.

2. people are out partying Friday night or at those HS games. So ratings would be lower.

1) High School football season usually ends mid to late October.


2) There is usually sports on TV when out partying in bars.


The NFL should try switching a week 7 TNF football game to Friday night and see what the ratings are.
