    Diggs Training Clip

    I don't follow this guy, so I don't know anything about him (except it appears he's trying to grow his channel)...

    Anyway, I found this clip inspiring and intimidating all at once. And to think I was giving the trainer at the gym some not-so-friendly looks today...
