    Please donate.

It won’t change whatever the outcome will be for Damar. But regardless of whether the outcome is the best or the worst, it’ll help people who need it in his name.

I’m generally not one to brag when I make a charitable donation, because I believe donations are about who they help and not the credit. But this time, I’ll say I gave $333 because he wears #3. Give $3, give $33, give 33 cents. Just please do what you can to make something positive come out of an awful night.

It's a relief to hear that he is alive. Let's hope there is no anoxic brain issue. Time will tell. He got care in a timely manner. All prayers for him, his family and those working on him. The Bills, Bengals, fans were all class last night in handling this unexpected tragedy. Fans all still taking a collective deep breath over witnessing such a tragedy on live television. We all hug our families a little tighter this morning.

Good summary article: Bills: Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest during Monday's game against Bengals

Hamlin is in his second season with the Bills after being drafted in the sixth round (212th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft out of the University of Pittsburgh.

In 29 career games with the Bills, Hamlin has registered 93 combined tackles, six tackles for loss, three quarterback hits and 1.5 sacks. Due to an injury to safety Micah Hyde earlier in the year, Hamlin was the primary guy filling in for the veteran, who is slated to miss the rest of the 2022 season.

Chris Jericho has donated $10,000, Rudy Giuliani $2000, Trey Lance $1000, CMJr $1000.

        Over $3 million so far.

This is an amazing article on Hamlin and his early life. A subscription window popped up, but I just clicked "continue reading" and it didn't require me to subscribe.

Why Damar Hamlin is exactly what the Buffalo Bills need

                  Re: Damar Hamlin

It's extremely sad that it took a guy to be near death for us to learn how great of a human being he is.

We hear way too many stories about pro athletes beating women, driving drunk, getting busted for drugs, etc, and not nearly enough about guys like Hamlin.

The longer it goes without them saying he’s at least stable the worse and worse my fear gets.

                          His gofundme hit 5 million.

                          That's amazing.

Pro wrestler Chris Jericho kicked in $10,000; he did two separate $5,000 donations(oddly, he misspelled his name on one of them)
John Hemingway(facing certain death): I want to see Buffalo win the Super Bowl.
David Coltrane(threatening John): Nobody's going to live that long, pal.
