    Fire Frazier

Should have been fired after the Houston game, and certainly after 13 seconds, but there can be no excuse for him left. This team will go nowhere with him as DC.
    Insert whimsical line here

Only matters if McDermott has a change of philosophy on defense too. Frazier is here because McD likes the bend but don't break pussy defense.

I miss Daboll. Pretty evident Allen is not the same without him. So much talent but Dorsey has no clue.

How many playoff games would you like him to lose before a change is made?

No, this has been going on for 3 years. We run a defense that leaves our Lbs on an island where one move makes them completely vulnerable. Our run defense has been awful late in the year for 3 seasons, if we are having this much blown coverage, we should adjust to that.

It looks so much harder for us than most teams. Even allens great plays look so ****ing difficult. Absolutely nothing easy

Daboll designed schemes to make it easy for Allen. Allen has all the talent but put his weapons in a position to fail, his talent isn't good enough .

his weather is hurting this team and Dorsey doesn't have a short game. Need better running games too

Ya know, a part of me keeps wondering if we shouldn't have promoted Daboll and let Opie go....

I'd have to disagree. I can think of lots of teams that got rid of good coaches who couldn't get over the hump in the post season and they were turned into walking mediocrities for years. Wade Philips got canned a year after Homerun Throwback and we got drought for 17 years. The Oilers got rid of Bum and were walking mediocrities for much of the 80s until Jerry Glanville righted the ship. So yeah, I'd put McDermott on a very short leash, he can stay but the price is Frazier and Dorsey have to go. Also, some of the problems with this team are structural. Allen needs an OL and they need receivers.

    Re: Fire Frazier

New DC, new OC, new LB (Edmunds is as soft as Frazier), OL, OL, OL. McD gets one more year.

    This is a pathetic showing.

There has to be changes. Big changes. Three years in a row. Same results. Keep doing the same thing and nothing will change.

    Re: Fire Frazier

    McD can stay

Frazier and Dorsey should be gone

Fraziers defense was AWFUL vs KC. Miller masked a lot of issues this season

Dorsey is HORRIBLE. Hes designed an offense that is strictly Allen dependent. There is absolutely nothing that he does that helps this offense

Yup. This O is all on Allen's shoulder.
The D ia just a more talented Jauron D. Soft when it counts. Can't close big games.

    Re: Fire Frazier

I agree. With all the money and draft capital that is invested in this defense we should not be getting destroyed like this every year in the playoffs. This philosophy is leaving little to no money for a better o line and weapons
We should be like KC and Cinci and invest all our assets into the best player on this team and that is Josh Allen. Offense is the way to go. KC and Cinci understand this and that is why they both are in the afc championship game again for the second year. McDermotts philosophy is old and out dated. Need to get with the times. I don't know if that means getting rid of McDermott but we need more offensive minds in the building. Every team left in the playoffs has an offensive minded HC who understands the importance of OLine and weapons.
