You know things are going sideways when the players only meeting gets broken out.
I don't want to hear about it when they have a meeting. It could be good but when its all over the mexia It feels like it was done just for show. Just fix your ****ing offense.
Good to see, at least, the players feel the same way that the fans do. The personnel is capable of winning, the coaching staff is failing. Brandon Beane where are you to do your job?“We’re about halfway through the year and it was on my mind, coming off a game — we’ve had a few games like that, but coming off a game where I just feel like, we can beat anybody. A lot of times, it’s getting redundant, it’s us beating ourselves,” Murray said. “So how can we avoid that? What can we do possibly different during the week, whatever. How can we avoid that? How can we find something that’s different amongst us so we get a different result. . . . It’s the halfway point almost, coming off a loss where we feel we hurt ourselves once again.”

If they lose Monday or even struggle the team is going to implode. Players only meetings can have a very negative effect if nothing changes afterwards.

Monday Night we'll find out if there's any fight left.
Wins the next two weeks won’t tell us much since they are home tilts against teams the Bills should slaughter on paper. Losses, however, tell us just how much the problems have metastasized, if it wasn’t obvious already.
No, I’m afraid the best case scenario is we are sitting at 7-4 and still wondering what this team is made of going into Philly.

If they lose to Denver they may as well start the cleansing process now!
First rule of being an effective manager (which I have direct experience with) is to hire people to make the "hard decision" but always, ALWAYS monitor those decisions and guide them.
Ken Dorsey is NOT getting fired without the expressed knowledge and approval of Mr. Pegula.
Again, that is effective management 101.
