I honestly think even notty could get behind this because hes even said "i think edmunds may be to expensive and hes not without flaws"
Bobby is the most consistent LB the past decade and would provide a lot to this lockeroom and team

Rams and LB Bobby Wagner part ways after 1st year of 5-year, $50 million deal
Wagner's contract was set to pay him a base salary of $7.5 million in 2023 with $4 million in bonuses and $1 million from his prorated signing bonus, adding up to a cap number of $12.5 million. Releasing him leaves $7.5 million in dead money on the books, so the Rams will gain $5 million in new cap space from the move.

Would undoubtedly be an upgrade over Edmunds for at least 1-2 years before the wheels fall off. This is all contingent on what Wagner wants for money, and if he wants to play for the Bills. But if he's interested and the price is right, sign me up as well.

He played for just 6 mill last season so im assuming we could lock him up for a couple years at most 18 mill
If allen restructures a bit and we dont resign poyer (i feel like hamlin should be a SS not a FS anyways), we should have the money
This allows us to go OL-OL and work on working in a MLB to develop either this or next season
I'd be willing to look into it, but I still want to trade for Muma or Clark and draft one. Depends on the $$, more now than ever.

A lot of teams have had less of an interest in paying MLBs high priced money so his demand could be lowered right now. Which could definitely benefit buffalo

I'd be all over this. His 2023 cap hit would have been 12.5...Edmunds was 12.7 in 2022...and he can help groom a guy. Invaluable. Do it.

He's a vet...no waivers. Pretty sure they can go after him right away but they have to stay under the current year's cap, and then be compliant with next year's when the it starts in mid-March.
