They were a good football team minus a QB. They still have to put it all together. I'm not worried yet. Remember that famous "Fool's Gold" thread?

Can you say circus? To me, it's just a sign how desperate Saleh is to be looked at as successful.

oh there's still plenty of opportunity for the Jets to F it up. That's understood. They are after all....the Jets. But it's a QB league and they now have a top 5 QB instead of like the 40th QB. So yeah I'm worried.

Just remember, The Broncos traded for Russ Wilson last offseason, and were crowned before the season began.

    How'd that turn out?

Jets GM is not new. Joe Douglas joined the Jets as GM in 2019.

Mocking Aaron Rodgers since it sounds like they're all his puppets now.

I think the forest spirits that Rodgers talks to will advise him to back out after his next Ayahuasca trip.

At least Rodgers had some flashes of his old self, Wilson was awful from day 1.

That....is not a good year. Dude is the very definition of mediocre.

How do you set the Jets back 5-6 years? They haven't made the playoffs since 2010

Re: Aaron Rodgers joining the Jets

I do think it will be very interesting to see how Rodgers does with the NY press. This is a guy who needs/wants constant attention but cannot stand criticism. He was in a pretty safe bubble in Green Bay. The NY press ain't that. If things aren't going well there will be fireworks coming, that would be fun. But for all of Rogers weirdness he's still playing at a high level. Hard to see how this isn't a significant upgrade for the Jets.
