    Re: McKenzie cut rejoice thread

I'm not rejoicing. I thought he was good in the gadget role. Just not good enough for full time slot duty. But Harty's signing seemed to be the writing on the wall--he has the deep speed that McKenzie doesn't.
Wake up, brush your teeth, and get ready for a day of hating the Dolphins. Or the Pats? How to choose?

    Re: McKenzie cut rejoice thread

‘McKenzie is due a $250,000 roster bonus Friday as he heads into the final year of his contract. If paid out, it increases the likelihood McKenzie will stick on the roster at least through training camp – it wouldn’t make much sense to pay out that much money only to release him without a fair shot at making the team.’

It's NFL business. Thanks for your service and hope you get another deal somewhere.

    Harty takes his spot.

Never should have been given a 2 year extension, a year ago.

I was his biggest supporter before last season. He was given a huge opportunity and he dropped it, literally.

Then he blamed the weather. That was it for me. Excuses are for losers.

If you’re a WR that drops catchable balls, you’re gonna get dropped yourself. Drops and fumbles are the fastest way off a roster.

I hate dropping easy catches to be clear.

Everyone has a few. But he just had too many last year. He seemed better at harder catches to be honest. I liked him as a gadget guy, but I figured those drops might be it for him.

well some drop 'em more. McKenzie seemed like instead of chalk or wearing gloves he dipped his hands in a bowl of warm butter before every series. Diggs is the opposite.
