That is why I never read draft grades/opinions just days after draft weekend. Takes a minimum of 3 years to form any conclusions. The media/internet are full of know it alls with the acumen of a rock.

I could never to bring myself to commit to any of the 5 of them. I usually have an opinion, but for that one I didn't. Not even for Allen. Too many of the main stream media detractors were vocal about his limitations (mostly the conference he played in as I recall). But in retrospect, Beane got it right. So even if the rest of his picks aren't the best (not making that claim), he did bring exciting football back to Buffalo with that one pick.

Seeing that Michael Douglas avatar reminds me that when I got home last night the house was momentarily empty. Turned on the television to watch the news. My wife had the TV on one of those stations that played old TV shows like COZI TV. On comes the Streets of San Francisco. That caught my attention so I skipped the news. That was a better show than I remember it as. And Karl Malden's schnozz. Who doesn't miss that.

Mayfield is way better than Darnold and Rosen.

I had no opinion other than I wanted nothing to do with Rosen. You could tell he was a dick just by listening to him talk. Also wanted nothing to do with a QB the so called experts were pimping as the most "pro ready" QB. Bet against the "experts" opinion and you'll be right 90% of the time.



As for Lamar I'd still make Baltimore the favorite to re-sign him. No one else seems to want him.
