All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

This team is unwatchable. Someone needs to be fired.
Unfortunately they are going to tell us to be patient until Quinn and Thompson return. Moreover, firing anyone right now will only make this team worse. They need another rugged forward that is willing to plant himself in front of the net. Greenway can do that, but doesn't do it enough. And his scoring touch has been underwhelming. Paul Hamilton sums it up well here:
A lot of regression seen. Samuelsson has not been good. Responsible for many stupid, lazy turnovers that have turned into goals. Thompson was not as good either, coming out of the gate. He was slowly turning his game around when he got hurt. Cozens broke his nose which has taken him out of his game, first because he was wearing that plexiglass full facemask. He has not been as eager to engage against other teams. The team, it's players need to grow a spine. They need a Brad May, a Rob Ray, a Jay McKee, a Matt Barnaby-type player that can fire them up at the drop of the gloves.

To me, that's on coaching. Looking around the NHL, John Tortorella, the new coach in Philadelphia is doing more with a lesser roster. And, many people have been comparing the tract of the Red Wings and Sabres over the past couple of years. The GM there is doing a better job than Kevyn Adams. Adams appear to be too dug in with this youth movement. Like Hamilton says above, it worked last season when the team was playing well, but now the team looks like lazy garbage most nights. If steps aren't taken soon, Tuch asking out will be the next thing you see (my prediction).
