Another win. Another great game for UPL

BFD. I am so over this team. They need 2nd pairing defensemen and 4th line wingers to score? Where is Dahlin, Thompson, Cozens, etc...?

BFD. They won two games in a row over awful teams that they are expected to win. But did so by the skin of their teeth. Not impressive.

Now. They have to play excellent teams the next 6 games. Let's see what their record is over the next 5: Carolina, Florida, Tampa Bay, Vegas, Winnipeg & Toronto. Let's see the offense put pucks in the net.

Tired of Skinner's cherry-picking and play on the periphery. At age 30, he's not the same after this injury, whatever it was. His setback has affected Tuch as well. Granato is asking too much of Tuch as he seems to be the only actual NHL quality winger they have right now. Beat Carolina, Florida and Vegas and I'll change my tune.

Honestly I’d be more concerned if we were in a playoff position.

None of our supposed offensive stars did anything but we beat a bad team 2-1 because a defenseman who hasn’t scored all season- and probably won’t score again- got a goal.

If we were going to make the playoffs, I’d be concerned because playing like that isn’t going to beat any playoff teams. But in a down year, any way we eek out a win is a good thing.

Well, maybe tomorrow night we can do something we haven't done all year, win Three in a row.

What's up with the 6pm games suddenly... I will say though that I haven't watched for a month, I'll check out the game tomorrow .

They eeked out two wins against teams below them in the standings. Big effing deal. Win 3 of the next 5 then you can brag on them. I'd bet on them losing all 5 before I'd bet on 3 wins. 2 of 5 is the ceiling. 1 of 5 is most likely.

Ugly wins or wins when your goalie steals one for you are something to celebrate against good teams. I'll take a win any way I can get it then. Against the bottom feeders it just highlights how bad of a team this is that they struggle to beat them.

Annoying as hell. Sabres in the defensive zone, Dahlin gets tied up with his man, they fall on UPL, Dahlin gets the penalty.

Sabres in the offensive zone, Dahlin drives the net, gets shoved into Marin, and… Dahlin still gets the penalty.

And now they have the lead.

Yes they are... and we cracked the 3 in a row curse. I don't expect much this season but maybe... like the last decade of maybe's... we can move it on up.
