Because it is the offseason, McMillan won’t be eligible to be activated off injured reserve for New England at any point this year. He would be able to join another team if he’s released by the Patriots with an injury settlement, however.
McMillan had 35 tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery last season. He had 204 tackles, three forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery in 45 games for the Dolphins and Raiders before coming to New England.

He's a big loss for the Pats .... his biggest problem is still availability.

Career is over… maybe Canada or arena. Not that big a loss otherwise Raiders or Dolphins wouldn’t have let him go.

Pats different story they need help .... he happens to be productive when healthy.

They just got weaker.

He started 1 game for the Patriots last year. All season 26 solo tackles. He is not help.

35 total tackles. 26 solo was a backup and started 1 game… wasn’t a starter. 204 tackles in 45 games. Wont be missed.

2.5 seasons 204 tackles ..... that will be missed.

Especially for the Patriots.

2.5 seasons 204 tackles ..... that will be missed.

Especially for the Patriots.

As a depth piece it's a major loss.

He did not play all of 2021. Started 1 last year for the pats. He’s glass.

45 games is almost 3 seasons…
