All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Ive always loved this dude. Hes a top 15 ILB pretty much every year, hes played every position as a LB and can do it all. Would be a great signing right now
Not here to be right, just here to have interesting discussions about my impulsive opinions
For a game or two. But Kirksey has played in defenses similar to ours and would catch on quick
Right now, i think a one year 6-7 million could get it done. Let Bernard rest and see what we have next year. But Kirksey hasnt played on a contender in his life and would probably jump at the opportunity to take a pay cut for a chance to start on a contender
We could do so much worse, and right now we are. Kirksey is as solid a LB as we have available right now. Get that **** done

During the 2020 free agency period, the Bills hosted Kirksey on a free-agent visit. That’s a clear sign of interest in the linebacker.

Kirksey’s release will save the team over $5 million in cap space.

Make a lot of sensse. His last contract was two years for 10 million. He would have been paid $5 million this season and will probably want something similar. Coming off a hamstring injury which is the primary reason Houston let him go.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
Despite establishing himself as one of the most vital veterans, the Houston Texans released linebacker Christian Kirksey as one of their first of many roster cuts.
