I thought Milano's interception vs. the Raiders was pretty good too.

When I first saw the play, being that it was 3rd down, I was like "hell yeah, he knocked it down." Then I was like "wait, he caught it?" and then "he ran it in for a TD?"

I thought White’s int was way better. No disrespect to Epenesa. He timed it perfectly, used his size and speed, and scored. But even in the moment, I commented to my friends who are commies fans that Howell practically handed him the ball.

White undercut the route and made a great grab to save a score. It was a much more difficult play.

The all in one tip it to yourself & pick 6 it is tough to beat, it put points on the board. The other picks were nice too, not points themselves.

Epeneza has massive potential IMO. I've seen him bull rush people and i've seen him do what he did today. There's a lot to work with there.

The idea that we're going to get Von freaking Miller back in a few weeks is pretty encouraging. This DLine is pretty good. Maybe not the best in the league, but top five for sure. Better than the over-hyped trash on Washington's squad for sure. I'll take our DL over theirs 10x out of 10.

Yup. Tipping it, catching it and then being able to score are impressive for any player much less a DE.

    Re: Espeneza pick 6

    It was a great play.

You could see Howell trying to lib it over his head and it didn't come out of his hand right, like he second guessed putting too much air under it and gripped it.

I thought Milano Missing Jacobs was more impressive.

But a pick 6 is a once in a career kind of play for a DE.

Under McD defensive ideology , our DE's have come alive. No longer expected to just set the edges like they were under Frazier.

Winning the turnover battle is always a key to winning the game .... let's all hope this trend continues well into the future.

What was also impressive is on the Hyde INT, it was caused by Epenesa in Howell’s face...

    Re: Espeneza pick 6

A lot of people were down on Epenesa because of lack of sacks, or whatever. I've always thought he was very under rated, kind of like Shaq Lawson. He might not put up godly stack numbers, but he disrupts the passing game constantly with his arms.
