New Jersey Devils forward Michael McLeod is the first of the 5 to be charged with sexual assault, per the lawyers representing him; they add that he's going to be pleading not guilty.
It should also be noted that the Calgary Flames are running into some criticism for saying that Dillon Dube took a leave of absence "while he tends to his mental health." Bruce Arthur of the Toronto Star asked "How did this get approved, and by whom specifically?".
TSN is now reporting that the other 4 have been charged with sexual assault as well.
