Instead the Bills won the AFCE for the fourth time in a row (you said "It's done" (meaning the chance to win the AFCE) after the JAX loss, and said "they will be lucky to make the playoffs") and earned the highest playoff seed (#2 for the third time in four years) they have had since the 90's.

What prevented them from winning in the playoffs this year was Josh Allen's' failure to be aware of the game situation with 2 min left and to come through in the clutch in the loss to KC.
