Projected compensatory picks: One in Round 3.

Key free-agent losses: Tremaine Edmunds (Bears), Devin Singletary (Texans).

Key free-agent additions: Deonte Harty, Connor McGovern.

Comp-pick analysis: Edmunds signed a four-year, $72 million contract with the Bears to take over their starting inside linebacker spot. Buffalo’s lower-tier signings/departures should cancel each other out, but Edmunds’ move projects to provide a third-rounder.

I just did a mock draft where I got the Bills 13 picks, and a pick next year, and still got Brian Thomas in round 1 lol

Bean is gonna **** up and trade up for a WR and that will be a bad move. you can get great playmakers at the WR position in the 4th round , this years draft is super deep, I'm not saying don't draft a WR just saying we don't need to trade up, we need a D-tackle worse right now and I mean a starting D-tackle next to Oliver, there isn't that , many that can come in and produce in year 1 in this years draft so too me D-tackle should be our 1st priority,

the Kid from Texas is projected to go 2nd round early 3rd but what happens if someone drafts him early 2nd then the Bills are left with drafting a guy they really didn't want...

we need at least 3 starters and a couple of rookies to be special team stand outs in this years draft, anything less will be a failure..
