    DaQuan Jones back?

He just tweeted "WE BACK!!!!!! #GoBills"

I'm assuming that means he's re-signed. I sure hope so.

Nice, but it sounds like one of those "two" year deals that is probably one at first glance.

Regardless, seeing Beane trying to retain players is important. The less roster turnover, the better, in this purge. Jones is an important player for this defense.

Once Von Miller is off the books, the team can breathe again.

Not sure what your thing is with Diggs. You keep hijacking threads to whine about him. That will take care of itself. You can be sure. A better WR#2 would take a lot of heat off him. That's already in the making.

    As for Jones...

Bills defensive tackle DaQuan Jones will remain in Buffalo.Jones and his agents posted on social media that he has re-signed with the Bills on a two-year, $16 million contract with $10.5 million guaranteed.

The 32-year-old Jones has spent the last two seasons with the Bills. Prior to that he played one year in Carolina, and seven years in Tennessee.

Last season Jones started the first five games before suffering a pectoral injury that is often season-ending. But Jones returned for Week 17, started the final two games of the regular season and also started the Bills’ two playoff games. They’ll pencil him into the starting lineup this year as well.

I haven't hijacked any threads to whine about him, just pointing out that his cap number/hit is much bigger than Von's is.

I suspect not if he got 10.5 guaranteed. High number for 1 year IMO.

27 mil cap number for a WR who absolutely disappeared after week 8 and pulled himself out of the game nearly 50% of the time.

It's worth mentioning along with Von.

    Doubtful it's 2 years, 16 million 10.5 guaranteed.

I doubt it's all guaranteed this year, it's probably split in the 50-50 range

It is worth mentioning and true he disappeared.

I just wish Josh wasn't so married to him.

We need new blood and I would give every opportunity to our rookie class.

    Draft 2 WR's please.

I'm gonna say it's a solid 2 year contract JMO.

Von will be a sore spot unless ...... HE TOTALLY REDEEMS HIMSELF ....... we're we dumb or dumber.

A huge signing, literally. A very good DT on a team that is suddenly, or not so suddenly seriously short on DTs.
