    Re: PSLs… Who is buying?

    PSL question.

with all these foreign soil games. PSL peeps get shafted home games and it got me wondering.

the PSL gives the owner the right to purchase seasons for that seat(s).

what if they choose not to purchase 10 years from now cuz they lost 2 home games to Lichtenstein and the Ivory Coast.

are they forced to buy ? Are they forced to sell the remaining 20 years of the PSL ? Are those seats just sold as singles ?
can there be 2 PSLs per seat?

Other PSL contracts have a requirement to actually buy season tickets to retain it.

You do not purchase a season ticket in any year, you lose the PSL.

    Period.

So the financed PSL would still be paid for but you lost right to use it.

    Re: PSLs… Who is buying?

I was on the Bills Mafia cruise last week and most folks I heard from were priced out of their current seats with the PSL. They’re looking at loan options or not even doing it which is friggin ridiculous.

I get it, PSLs are a thing but by the Bills doing it at the prices they’re talking about, they’re going to lose the die-hard fan who goes to games in the snow. They’re going to lose the Uber-tailgaters.

Yes, the personality of the stadium (fans) will be very different! As far as the tailgating, I'm not sure the NFL or the Bills will be too upset about this.

I will say, way back in the planning stage of this entire mess, I said be careful what you wish for! The spoiled fans care more about amenities and having a new toy more than they cared about watching a football game. Hallmark is a Great stadium to watch a football game, there isn't a bad sit in the entire place. Yes, it needs some more bathrooms, but it's worked pretty well. Now there's going to be a brand new shinny gold medal shinny in the sun and out price for the average fan of the Bills and everyone is upset. Well, the bed is made and it's going to be too expensive for the average Bills fan to lay in it!
There are plenty of older stadiums and buildings that have stood the test of time. These have become momuments, they aren't pretty, many seat are obstructed, are short of bathrooms and amenities, and have had many facelifts but still just putting lipstick on a pig! Yet, people actually put these places on their bucket lists of places to visit!
This new stadium and it's ever increasing cost is Buffalo's champagne taste on a beer budget and it can't end well!
The first writing is already on the wall, the Pegula's are trying to sell part of the team to recoup some of the raising costs!

Well...well...well....my premise that Pegula is just another greedy rich as **** billionaire has been 100% vindicated and proven 100% accurate with the announcement that poor Terry wants to sell 25% of the team.

Beer budget? It’s significantly more for this stadium than the dome in Vegas

Agree it’s an overpriced beverage. But the budget is crazy in comparison. The dome for less money would be champagne taste for the cost of Genny Cream
