Rooting Interests for Sabres Fans Come Playoffs THIS Year

Now that the Sabres have failed to make the playoffs again for the 13th time since 2011 when the Sabres quickly bowed out of the playoffs in the 1st round (the Sabres last playoff series win was in 2007) it does not mean Sabres fans do not have rooting interests once the playoffs begin.

Jack Eichel won a Stanley Cup last year with Golden Knights is having a good season with 27 goals and the VGKs have won 3 in a row and look to make the playoffs.

Sam Reinhart has 50 goals already for the Panthers and the Panthers are tied with the Bruins for 1st in the Atlantic Division.

Am I forgetting anyone else that the Sabres may have tanked a season for to draft and then ruin that player’s development before he moved on to greener pastures?

I get your logic but the Leafs haven’t won the Cup in 56 years and their fans are still obnoxious as hell in our building. I can’t imagine how bad they’ll be if they get a Cup now.

I guess the good news would be that season ticket holders could sell their tickets to the Leafs’ games to Leafs’ fans and that’ll probably pay for the rest of the season.
