ESPN's Matt Miler wrote almost the exact same thing....
I believe that Coleman being "far from a finished product" (and so young) is an advantage. Joe Brady & Josh can mold him into the WR they want.
The only reason the Coleman dropped is because of his 40 time. Again...so what??? As Alaina Getzenberg (ESPN's Bills beat reporter)

EVERY draft pick is an unknown as to how they will perform in the NFL. Keon Coleman has all the tools to be an extremely effective WR for the Bills.
