I wouldn't say trash, but speed doesn't necessarily mean good hands. A receiver needs both. Beebe had speed out of the wazoo, but he couldn't catch like Reed, Brooks, or Lofton

I suspect he is going to be most valuable on punt and kick returns.
The Bills did not want Worthy because he's not a good fit this team at this time.
