As far as challenges go you are currently allowed just 2 ............ a 3rd only if you win the 1st two challenges.
That needs to be changed immediately imo.
These guys make more than 2 mistakes a game.
Also the challenge decisions need to be taken out of the hands of the on field officials.
Integrity demands it.
Could they hire a hire an end of game HC for those situations as well? Like Sean McD just heads out at or around the 2min mark?

You gotta appreciate Terry Pegula (compared to Ralph Wilson and many others still owning teams): when it comes to money, you get whatever you ask. And unlike Daniel Snyder or David Tepper type who is equally easy with money decisions, he does not get into football operations decisions. So he's prone to be taken advantage by bad hire like Rex. But when he got a good hire like Beane and McDermott, you see the result...
At least they are trying to address what they perceive to be a weakness.

This isn't that revolutionary - the Patriots hired officials all the time - only they didn't wait for them to retire...
"'Clean up your room.', 'Stand up straight.', 'Pick up your feet.', 'Take it like a man.', 'Be nice to your sister.', 'Don't mix beer and wine, ever.'. Oh yeah, 'Don't drive on the railroad track.'"
"Eh, Phil. That's one I happen to agree with."
