    Jim Tressel

I really think he would make a great coach in the NFL. Cant argue with a 21-5 record and a National Championship in his second year as coach.

Jimmy Johnson ... the second season I think they contended for a playoff spot and the third they were in the playoffs (and might have even won the Super Bowl I believe).

he was 2-14 the first season.

and the days of the dynasty are over.. the bills and cowboys of the early 90s will never happen again..

we have to win now.. as the talent we have will be gone.. before you konw it, moulds will be 33 and over the hill... ruben will be retired.. free agency will have grabbed the few stars we have.. and then you are into "rebuilding" mode.

Ah yes, Tressel: his players have a stranglehold on his philosophies and don't choke under pressure, do they?

Don't know. But...OSU is no different than any big-time ($$$$) program. Most line up duckpins for the early part of the season, to insure rankings and post-season consideration. OSU played somebody halfway decent, Wisconsin, last Saturday and took a loss. And they had a scare their 1st game this year - I forget who it was - and NC state with Philip Rrivers went into what? - 3 -of those NCAA overtime idiocies until for reasons not yet fully understood, ran two QB sneaks, insuring the win for the Buckeyes.

I bet he makes more money at OSU than Ralph would ever offer.

Bills need a HC with expierence not a OC or DC from another team.. A guy that has coached and has had sucess in the NFL.. The 2 that come to mind are Marv Levy or Jim Mora..
