It's important that the Bills learn how to win. Winning is an attitude, and great comebacks that you see the Pats and Colts pull off almost weekly has a lot to do with confidence- something the Bills lack.


In an earlier post, I mentioned that the majority of the roster has not been a part of a winning team yet and they need to learn how to win. It's much more important to gain confidence and momentum rather than draft slots.

Since the Music City Miracle, the Bills have done no better than 8-8 (twice) with a horrid 3-13 rebuild stuck in between.
