Why did NAZAROV get so many penalties?

I can't listen to the game, I'm doing work at school. Why did he get so many penalties during the first period, but there are no concurrent Sabre penalties (e.g. for fighting?)

Peters didn't fight back... weird... I remember when Rich Pilon attacked Vaclav Varada 2 years ago and he got 17 PIM (5 for fighting, 10 misconduct, and 2 for intigating), Varada got none... I think this is the same situation, but even Jeanneret thinks Peters shoulda got something...

Thanks for letting me know! It would've been better if they got a goal off of the penalty. Oh well. It was just so weird to see so many penalties there and I had no idea why.
