i think he is one of the keys to success... he is one of the few from the past staff that are vital...
totally agree we would be way better off to keep him. The issue is that he might want to follow Williams or LeBeau.
Hopefully he liked working for Gray. If he wants to go, even if he's got a contract, it wouldn't be productive to force him to stay.
