The good teams always have chippy practices...It means the intensity level is high.

true....they have lost 4 in a row....but when that happens players usally dont end up praticing in shoving your own teammates

Have you guys ever played the game ? Fights & stuff in practice are pretty common stuff, especially with the Captain picking them.

Nope, the Captain gets a free pass to literally kick anyone's ass who's being a dickhead in practice. Usually, it's verbal, but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do...

My Former team ( Virginia Vortex) Never Had Fights In Practice, Till they Told me I Was Cut(there was another Thread about it)

My New Team (Norfolk Knights) Joke Around In Practice But never Fight, The Goalie Would Taunt Shooters (ex. " Haha.. That Shot Sucked, My Hid Sister can Shoot harder Than You, You Pussy ETC), Captain would Tell Players When They Sucked And Then Tell them How to Fix It (isnt that what he's There For?)

I Personally Dont Wanna Be captian, Cuz down here The Goalies Dont get the Stats In the W-L-T ETc... The Captains Do (Ex. When Espon Shows Scres And Says "W-Biron", "L-Kidd", Instead of A Goalies Name they List the Captain,...
