I don't think that was the case at all. He got caught in a GW/KG trying to assert their dying authority thing at the end of last season. I hope he comes back healthy (he was hurt most of last year) and ready to play.Originally posted by tampabay25690

Ruben provides much needed stability and veteran leadership.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

He won't be leaving any time soon, not with the instability on the OL now and with nobody ready to step in to replace him. I think if we get a stud to play on the right side (hopefully we draft one of the top guards like Carey, Snee, Smiley, or Peterman) and sign a free agent at center like Bober or Flynn, we'll see a MUCH better line next year.Originally posted by Jan Reimers
