    I know it sounds wierd, but Pittsburgh is the hottest team in the NHL right now. They've gone 8-1-1 in their last ten, so beating them twice this weekend won't be as easy as I'd like it to be.

    If we win the rest of our games and the Isles go .500 in their final games, I believe we are in...

    Winning both Pittsburgh games and knocking off Columbus would definetely put us right back into the picture...

    If we had not already buried Buffalo in 9th, the Isles did it last night. As sad as some of the remaining opponents are, I don't think Buffalo can go undefeated, and I don't think the Isles will drop that many of those final games.

    I Dont think we'll make it.. we needed more offense..nn end of sotry we cant be defense first with a back up caliber goalie and youngun's on the back line.

    We could finish the season with 90 points and still miss the playoffs. Thats actually a pretty good season. If we win the next five and miss the playoffs, i won't be as disapointed as i was thinking i would be.
