I know almost everyone has agreed its #24, but I just don't think so. Look at the back of the jersey, that looks more like the bottom of 0, 6, or 8 than a 4 to me. 0, 6, or 8 would also work for what's on the arm as well and I don't think that's the top portion of a 4 (too much of a curve to it - 4's tend to cut across on a more diagonal, especially on the small arm patch #'s).

In my eyes, the play is happening behind the line of scrimmage, and Ricky is trying to save the blown play in an attempted redirect.
