Should TD have cut Germany?
Did Germany have what it takes or are we just too deep at WR?
I thought Germany would have fit in nice here, but he failed the physical, and that probably pissed off TD.
Yes, we have too many WR's
No, he would have been an asset to the team

He would have been good for depth. He didn't do much to impress me last season though.
it's too bad.i don't think we lost much for a 7th rounder.

Thank you.
This explains it all.....
"Second-year WR Reggie Germany, coming off left knee surgery, is expected to open camp on the physically unable to perform list..."
It seems they aren't taking any chances with anyone who had a bad injury!!!!!
What about Reimersma? I know he is a better talent and all, but his nagging hamstring raises a few questions as to his ability this year.
germany is still a prospect....riemersa is a proven solid player...
No, he may be our #3 receiver next year because this is Peerless's last dance in Buffalo this year.
But, "extremely talented Cowart" is gone too. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Reimersma gets booted. Like I said, It seems they aren't taking any chances.Originally posted by northernbillfan

There is a reason he was cut - his health. He failed the physical which can mean he either pissed HOT or came up lame. Either way he is totally useless to Buffalo. I completely agree on sending him on his way.

i never liked him.. always liked mcdaniel better.. and this gives our hit and run receiver , that 7th rounder a bit more of a chance to make the team as a kick returner

With Jay's cap hit, I've been all for trading him and freeing up $$ for some D-Line help. He's injured again, and the season hasn't even started.Originally posted by northernbillfan

I just think that we shouldn't be letting young potential go like we are because we sign too much depth.
Its all about the quest.
Guys!
Germany has a microfracture in his knee...it is often a career ending injury...few players have ever come back from one. He is done...it had nothing to do with talent or money.
For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.
Poor Guy.
Thanks for clearing up all our speculation Eb.
that's why I'm here...I get the local scoop and pass it on to you...BTW, thanks to Clump for the news!!!
