    meh

Not having him won't hurt the Pats, and he's too old and expensive for us to bother with him. Also, it's bad news about the Ty Law situation- they must have more confidence in his return if they are letting veteran DB's go.

It was time for him to go out to pasture.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

He was on the Lions last year. He's washed up. I could run faster on stilts.

Let's develop a Greer or Richardson, rather than signing a 38 year old has-been.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

O-T-I-S started 13 games for the Lions last season and played much better than anyon expected. He got cut because on the Pats he is behind:

                Law
                Poole
                Samuel
                Burris (starter last year)
                Buckley (successful career NB)

Along with the developmental guys, Morton and Gay (at least one will go to the practice squad, but Morton might make the team)
