greetings zippy i have , in the past had your problem. i can only tell you what i did. the pimples i had were boils, and appeared under my arms and where the fat rolled tightly at the sides of my knee area.

I try to take 2 showers a day, with antibacterial soap...but that doesn't help. *sigh*
