My week 1 rankings..Where are the points?

    Week 1 2004 rankings

Where are the points? Bills offense must start putting up points. Bills’ next year first round pick belongs to Dallas.

Patriots (1-0) - Tom Brady looked good
Seahawks (1-0)- A solid team.
Eagles (1- 0) - Donovan and T.O is a great fit. Look for a lot of points from this team each week. Defense is still good - just not as good as they were for the last 3 years or so.
Vikings (1-0) - Will be as good as their defense plays.
Broncos (1-0) - Quentin Griffin ...another great RB from the Denver RB factory?
Colts (0-1) - Have to cut down on turn overs if they wish to win it all. Secondary was picked apart by Tom Brady.
Chiefs (0-1) - Running game looks fine. Lose to a good team.
Jet (1-0) - I did not expect Martin to be as good as he was this game.
Packers (1-0) - Great team...when will they get old?
Panthers (0-1) - O line seem as if it will be an issue this year. To make things worse Steve Smith is out for 1 month.
Saints (0-1) - Played a team that was better than them. Passing game needs to improve this year.
Titans (1-0) - Look good against a bad Miami team.
Ravens (0-1) - Great D...No passing game against the browns....not a good sign.
Rams (1-0)- Running game looked good. Still not sold on passing game or defense.
Redskins (1-0) - Team now has a proven coach. Good first game win.
Lions (1-0) - Team on the way up...Williams made a great catch
Steelers (1-0)- A good win
Raiders (0-1) - Needs to find their running game
Falcons (1-0) - A win against a bad team
Jaguars (1-0) - Team looked bad but won....that is a good win...QB needs to play better.
Browns (1-0) - Gracia seems to fit right in....I am surprised.
Bengals (0-1)- May have found their QB...Palmer
Buccaneers (0-1) - Need to find their running game.
Giants (0-1) - Play OK in lost to a good team.
Cowboys (0-1) - Play better in a lost than I expected.
Bills (0-1) - Bad sign...10 points...Where is the O?
Texans (0-1) - Bad lose to a bad team....Look for better games from this team.
Chargers (1-0) - Drew Brees had a good day
Dolphins (0-1) - QB and RB issues...No Offense
Bears (0-1) – Team still rebuilding...Trying to find a QB and leader
Cardinals (0-1) - Bad team...bad organization.
49ers (0-1) - A bad team....paying price for all the bonuses of the pass

Wow...a logical, well-reasoned set of rankings. I have a issues with a few of the spots, but this early in the season you're still using a lot of the residual expectations from the off-season. For example, you have the Panthers one spot after the Packers, which doesn't make much sense just going from the record, but I agree that the Panthers should still be OK.

Good list, I'd say the Jets might be too high though.

And that's not hate for the Jets or anything, they are my favorite team.

I still don't believe in the Seahawks.
