What do you do on a BYE WEEK ???

I've got the same feeling I had for opening day, I can't wait for football to start!
This weekend is going to suck without a BILLS game, everyone's talking football, and we're kinda left out, anxious for next week!
    And next week is HUGE!
With all the smack coming out of NE already, it's going to be an emotional game, and a big boost for our team if they get it turned around.
What are YOU going to do on our BYE week ???
    GO BILLS!

      Ditto.

Just because there ain't beer in the fridge don't mean I'm not drinking.
Good beef jerkey could possibly be the perfect food.

I am just hoping that the NFL is not gonna come out with the same statements on October 8th. As in the refs blew a few calls. Heaven forbid that the Pats have a bad call against them.

There's truth to the saying Buffalo is a drinking town with a football problem, where a passionate fan base believes it has more answers than Ken Jennings on "Jeopardy."

I'm starting to go into my Cowboys vs. Redskins panic mode. This is a BIG game for me. And since it's a home game for the Skins and a Monday night game, that's all anyone is talking about down here. It's driving me NUTS! My 'Boys have been on a total winning streak with the Skins for YEARS now and if they lose on Monday my whole week will be ruined. I can't wait for this game!

                  GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!!

There's not a stone in my heart I've left unturned
Not a piece of my soul that I ain't searched
The only answer I found for all this hurt
Is there ain't not answer here on earth

The worst thing is that the bye week is so early. When it's in the middle of the season and the team clearly needs it to recuperate and regroup, it's much easier to tolerate.

Now, the bye week just seems to be prolonging the misery of this awful season.

                              An optimistic view on this:
Last year the Eagles came out of the gate looking horrible, getting beat handily. They lost their first 2, with their star QB really stinking up the place. They had a bye during week 3, when the Bills were losing for the first time vs. the Fins and still atop the power rankings.
Playing Buffalo in week 4, Philly played a unspectacular, but solid game for their first win of the season. As each week passed, the Eagles began to play better football, and won 11 of their next 12 games with a 9 or 10 game streak in there. The point is that as pi$$ed I am to see what I've seen in the first two games, there is a history of teams turning things around after a poor start.

I hope they can do it, but it just doesn't seem like a character of this team or these players. Here's to hope

I'm very skeptical, but I'm not pulling out the just yet.
