When asked about the NHL attendance problem he says there is no drop in attendance in the NHL and any drop he could blame it all on the Buffalo market because we have the biggest drop!

So what is it Gary? Is there drop or not? THis guy is the biggest joke of a commisoner.


and of course we have the biggest drop in attendance when they are not giving out 4000 free tickets per game anymore!

I'm wondering if we weren't giving away more like 6-7000 a game.

Hate Bettman as most around here do, but he's done more to keep the Sabres here than Buffalo has. Buffalo is still busy crying in their soup.

I don't understand that if Rigas gave away 6000-7000 tickets a game why is this year the first year anybody heard of it. Don't you think there would of some kind of outpour in the community about the generosity of the Rigas' giving away all these tickets? Over a 42 game season that is between 250,000 and 300,000 tickets.

It was not generousity Don. He was doing it for tax puposes! He did it for himself. That old crook does not deserve any credit!
