In a Battle of what were 2 top 4 clubs, it is no suprise that the 4th and long Biitches pulled out a victory. A Favorable schedule saw half of the DDog's roster average only 2 games last week (a total of 46 man/games va 58 man/games for 4th & L)
But what was shocking was the goals scored by the Dozerdogs. With names like Lemieux, Leclair, Lindros, Kovalchuk, Gaboric, Lecavlier, Straka, you would think that they would outscore most teams. The entire DD roster only put up 3 goals!!!! That sucks!
4ths team did an awesome job, lightinhg the lamp 19 times led by M Hedjuk (6 pts), Rolston (5pts)Rucchin and Sullivan adding 4 pts each. A dominating performance only offset by a great goaltending week by the DDogs.
The Puckheads and East Bay Sharks pulled a trade last week as the EBS picked up badly needed Goaltender Mike Richter. To bad he was damaged goods (concussion).
It was all down hill after that for the EBS. Puckheads waxed 'em. Only thuggery by the EBS managed to salvage something from this week, as the sharks grabbed the penalty minute category.
