What are you all going to do this fine Sunday? It's cold and snowy here, so I'm staying inside.

My project (and it's a biggie):

Begin spring cleaning. I've been wanting to go through the entire house and clean it all out. Throw stuff away, put stuff aside for a garage sale, clean, dust, scrub, paint....it all starts today. I'm starting with the very back room in the basement. It's supposed to be a pantry where you can store canned goods, but it's too damp in there. The lids rust - I learned the hard way. Soooo, it turned into a storage room. Today I begin rooting it all out. When it's all cleaned out, the shelves will come out as well, then I'll wash all the walls down, put in a dehumidifier to dry it all out, and get that waterproofing paint and paint the walls. Hopefully that will take care of the dampness.

Whoa....that got long fast.

My opinion might be a little biased, though....I tend to enjoy SF/fantasy flicks/books with religious overtones.

Have 6 screaming kids (including my daughter here) for her 13th birthday party and then take all of those screaming kids to Rainforest Cade to overspend on atmosphere. And of course pay all the bills associated with that party.

Went to church this morning; this afternoon I'm getting out my Hoover Steam Vac and cleaning our carpets.

Took the kids to church this morning and then bowling afterwards. Now I have to clean the kitchen.

I made a lot of progress today! Can't believe how much JUNK you can accumulate in 10 1/2 years. I knocked off around 4:00 or so, so I could do LAUNDRY of all things. Can't laundry ever be done? Sighhhh.......

I read, took a nap, read some more, and began getting ready to go on vacation. Then I watched MSU choke to Indiana. So basically I screwed off all day. Now I am going to drink a cold one and screw off some more. I'm off tomorrow. Woo hoo!
