Great question, was wondering this myself.
If it goes by the sim, I'm assuming that the skill positions will have numbered rankings next year, like the rest of the players?
next years rankings will go by what the real player does in the NFL not what they do in the Sim game. All the rankings change next year. Yes, it is possible for a player ranked at a 8 to go to a 10 and a 10 to go to an 8.
